Project Description
This Florida penthouse is pure luxury with an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Twelve months were provided to move from design contracts to owner occupancy. The fast track nature created an opportunity for quick decision making and execution. Our design of lighting, lighting control and AV systems were coordinated remotely as was all construction administration. Our first site visit occurred when commissioning the lighting control system and the aim and tune of the lighting. The project turned out beautifully.
